*Job Description*

* Global Product Management for Industrial Valves, Hydraulic on-off type valves, Hydraulic mechanical pressure, Flow and check valves
* Guide the Industrial Hydraulic Valve Product Portfolio to be market-driven, globally competitive, andaligned with customer needs to achieve sustainable sales growth and profitability.
* Provide the Rexroth Sales Units a clear and suitable Product Portfolio with attractive and competitiveProducts to gain and secure business.
* Convey and represent Market Requirements to develop new ideal Products for our customers withsignificant key buying factors and implement them into the Market.
* Providing a profitable product portfolio
* Keeping portfolio KPI’s (Turnover, Quantities, Target margin, Ramp-up success)
* Definition of the target portfolio (Vision)
* Global product responsibility throughout the E2E product life cycle
* Owner of the product roadmap
* Create launch strategy

*Qualifications*
Qualifications
B.E.: Mechanical Engineering
Experience : 5 Years
*Knowledge / Specialization / Experience / Expertise required in the areas like:*
• Self-driven and sales-oriented personality with a proactive approach to achieve targets.
• Strong economic and commercial acumen, supporting strategic sales initiatives.
• Technical understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Office tools including
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic products, including their usage and functionality.
• Familiarity with industry standards and applications in the hydraulics sector.
