Job Description
This is a key position to achieve the fully alignment between field execution and digital strategy
**Key activities**
- Assure that the digital strategy is executed according to the stablished plan
- Assure the understanding of the customer facing of the digital strategies and tools
- Improve the digital skills and mindset in the Customer Facing Team
- Excellence in execution and support of the digital strategy.
- Support the Customer Facing (CF) team in the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), ensuring a precise and effective execution of the digital strategy, orchestrating together with the team all the customer interactions.
- Listen actively to stakeholders to understand their perspectives and needs.
- Diminish the typical customer facing resistance at the implementations of new ways of working
- Identify potential failures in the technological tools
- Fully alignment with sop´s
