About the Role:

The digital landscape in the EU is shifting rapidly. We are looking for an In-house Lawyer to help Booksy navigate new regulations like the DSA, Omnibus Directive, and the AI Act. You will focus on ensuring our marketplace features are transparent, fair, and compliant across various jurisdictions, maintaining our innovative edge while meeting the highest regulatory standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Product Support: Provide legal guidance throughout the entire product lifecycle - from initial regulatory research (discovery phase), through UX / UI design reviews (to avoid dark patterns, ensure price transparency, to final implementation.
  • EU Digital Regulation: Serve as the subject matter expert on consumer protection and digital platform regulations, including Omnibus Directive, DSA, P2B Regulation, and the AI Act....
