In-house & Onsite IT Technician

Job Summary: CDC Computers is seeking a skilled In-house & Onsite IT Technician proficient in spoken and written English to provide desktop support, basic server maintenance, and networking solutions. This role also includes hardware repairs, network cabling, and IoT installations at client locations. The ideal candidate will have basic mechanical skills to change parts in devices such as servers, dispensers, and printers, and be available for on-call and emergency services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Desktop & Laptop Support:
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
  • Perform system updates, software installations, and virus/malware removal.
  • Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other external devices.
• Basic Server Maintenance:
  • Assist in basic server setup and configuration (Windows/Linux).
