- Maintenance of assembly lines, machines, and equipment.
- Preventive, Predictive and breakdown maintenance of assembly automated and manual lines.
- TPM Implementation
- Experience in control system engineering.
- Preferable expertise in Allen bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Rexroth PLCs
- Expertise in Air leakage test, Vacuum tests, Laser marking process, Vision system
- Expertise in I4.0 solutions, machine connectivity, IOT devices etc.
- Troubleshooting of technical losses using electrical circuit, PLC & other analytical tools..ect to find out cause
- Breakdown analysis, problem solving technique knowledge.
- Ensure maintenance KPI’s for below target.
- Effectiveness monitoring of all the corrective & preventive actions.
- Ensure adherence to defined maintenance processes.
