Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd is a 100% Bosch owned company in India. The company design and develops world class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.
*Job Description*
* Maintenance of assembly lines, machines, and equipment.
* Preventive, Predictive and breakdown maintenance of assembly automated and manual lines
* PM/TPM Implementation and revision based on breakdown
* Experience in control system engineering
* *Preferable expertise in CNC controllers 840D, Fanuc, Rexroth and PLCs - Allen bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Rexroth.*
* Expertise in *Air leakage test, Vacuum tests, Process plants*
* Expertise *in I4.0 solutions, machine connectivity, IOT devices etc.*
* *Troubleshooting of technical losses using electrical circuit, PLC(online diagnosis)& other analytical toolsto find out root cause*
* Breakdown analysis, problem solving technique knowledge.
* Ensure maintenance KPI’s for within target.
* Effectiveness monitoring of all the corrective & preventive actions.
* Ensure adherence to defined maintenance processes.
* Ensure safety and 5S in maintenance area and shopfloor.
* Maintenance documentation and preparation for audits.
* Maintain all activity related records in SAP.
* Implementation of improvement projects.
* Inhouse refurbishment of machine spares
* Localization of costly imported spares.
* Spare part management, obsolescence management with cost-effective solution
* Analysis to plan & implement corrective and preventive measures for major breakdowns.
* Independ shift handling, manpower handling
* Mechanical problems troubleshooting

BE/B.Tech. - electrical & Electronics Engineering
*Additional Information*
Critical-
* Elect./Electronics Basics, PLC troubleshooting.
* SAP PM Module, Control system problem analysis.
* Flexibility, Initiative level, Teamwork, collaborative approach
Essential-
* TPM, Understanding of electrical ckt. diagrams, Functioning of electronics devices
* Hands on exposure for troubleshooting.
* Communicating outwardly: face-to-face, phone, email, etc.
* Listening and interpretation, establishing rapport
Desirable-
* Understanding of mechanical basics, hydraulics, pnuematics.
* Mechanical problem troubleshooting
* Decision-making, project management, Running meetings.
