The purpose of this position is to ensure and improve product and process quality for internal (plant to plant, external workbench) and external (customer) with the aim of faster resolving of Q topics without affecting customer line and achieving highest customer satisfaction

PLant + Extended Work bench + Customer premises


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in engineering in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial engineering
  • Masters in Engineering in relevant streams (desirable), PG
  • 15+ years of relevant work experience in Manufacturing / Quality / Operation management
  • Prefer multiple OEM & customer / Service topic handling, and International customer handling experience, result driven & customer orientation
  • Prior Team handling experience
