Responsibilities:

· Work closely with project sponsors, subject matter experts and team members to evaluate new process improvement and digitization opportunities · Work on Business Proposals for Customers around Agentic Automation/Digital Transformation using multiple technology levers and create business case for customer · Facilitate workshops, conduct interviews and job shadowing sessions to gather and document business requirements with business partners · Manage individual project timelines and coordinate UAT testing with the operation teams. · Create and execute test plans to ensure our solutions meet business requirements · Develop solution documentation that supports user training needs and helps facilitate deployment and adoption · You will play a key role in process improvement reviews to identify opportunities where automation can drive benefits and efficiencies for the business. · Partner closely with th...
