Role Summary:

Additional Educational Requirements: In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations

Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years

Seeking a Senior Associate with 5–6 years of experience in cloud network and security operations across multi-cloud environments. Responsible for day-to-day network stability, incident handling, change execution, and operational excellence in enterprise-scale cloud setups.

Responsibilities:

· Demonstrating proven knowledge of multi cloud environments and large hardware installations, Network elements configuration, understanding Linux and Windows OS.

· Operate and support Azure VNETs, AWS VPCs, subnets, route tables, NSGs, and security groups

· Manage connectivity via Site-to-Site/Client VPNs, Azure Virtual Network Gateway, AWS VPN, ExpressRoute, and Direct Connect

· Operate cloud-native firewalls (Azure Firewall, AWS Network Firewall) and apply Zero Trust principles

· Act as L2/L3 operations engineer for network incident troubleshooting using native cloud tools (Azure Network Watcher, AWS CloudWatch)

· Execute network changes under change management processes and maintain operational documentation (SOPs, runbooks)

· Implement Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) for automation and operational efficiency improvements

Required Skills:

· 5–6 years in network operations with strong Azure networking expertise; AWS knowledge preferred

· Hands-on with Azure VNETs, NSGs, VPNs, ExpressRoute/Direct Connect, and cloud firewalls

· Experience in incident response, routing, DNS, and network security fundamentals

· Hands on experience on Network configuration, troubleshooting and management.

· Preferably certified (Azure Network Engineer, AWS Advanced Networking, CCNP)

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams, building relationships and achieving results without a direct reporting relationship

· Implementing a monitoring and review process to manage needs and establish uptime, stability and reliable access to apps/platforms;

· Ensuring all issues are resolved within KPI while maintaining customer satisfaction;

· Coordinating the escalation of major technical service issues to the appropriate teams within PwC IT/Cloud;

· Communicating planned infrastructure activities proactively to stakeholders;

· Performing necessary security monitoring, log analysis, and collecting performance metrics for continuous monitoring and improvement; and,

· Leading continual efforts to automate processes and procedures around apps/ platform infrastructure and provide reliable performance

Soft Skills:

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

· Calm under pressure with structured incident response

· Clear communicator and strong ownership of operational quality and stability
