& Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Associate Director with extensive experience in Programme Management, Project Lifecycle, and SCRUM methodologies to lead and manage complex HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, proven ability to manage P&L and project finances, and deep understanding of the HR transformation domain. This leadership role demands strategic thinking, operational excellence, and significant stakeholder management skills to drive business value for our clients.Responsibilities:
· Lead and oversee multiple large-scale HR transformation programmes ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. · Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure with strict adherence to SCRUM and Agile practices. · Develop and manage P&L for assigned programmes/projects, ensuring profitability and financial health. · Oversee project finances – budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and cost control. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Strategy, and Operations, to deliver integrated transformation solutions. · Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and providing strategic recommendations. · Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, methodologies, and tools. · Mentor and lead project managers and program leads, fostering a high-performance team culture. · Maintain strong client relationships and assist in business development through proposal creation and presentations. · Monitor risks and issues proactively and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. · Stay updated with industry trends in HR transformation and programme management best practices.
Mandatory skill sets: HRT Consulting
Preferred skill sets:
• Certified SCRUM Master or equivalent Agile certification. • Experience with HR systems and technologies (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors). • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. • Ability to influence C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders. • Proactive and adaptable approach in a dynamic consulting environment.
Years of experience required: 13+ yrs
Education qualification:
· MBA in HR, Strategy, IT, or closely related discipline. · Minimum 13 years of professional experience with significant tenure in a consulting organization. · Proven experience managing HR transformation projects or programmes. · Strong understanding of Programme Management methodologies, Project Lifecycle, and SCRUM/Agile frameworks. · Demonstrated experience in P&L management and handling project finances. · Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills. · Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Experience in people management and mentoring is preferred.
