*Responsibilities: 

Location: Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Delhi/Gurgaon

As a Director / Senior , you’ll lead a team of 10-20 members and have a key focus on growing the practice. You are required to understand the business of the client, build relationships, enhance trust, and provide consultancy along with hands-on design and development of the solution. 

Specific requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the practice grow in the focus area of Financial Services and create solutions tailored to these clients.
  • Focus on key accounts and help in RFP support
  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Executive Directors and Partners
  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
  • Train, coach, and supervise staff
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

    • Skills Required:

  • Experience in Internal Risk and Controls / Regulatory Reporting / Control Automation / Analytics within Financial Services 
  • Data modelling / data warehousing experience in Banking / Insurance space
  • Strong understanding of Banking or Capital Markets Processes
  • Experience with tools such as Big data , SQL, Alteryx, PowerBI or Tableu
  • Experience in Stakeholder management, project management and pursuits.
  • Must be an effective communicator, who has a proven record of providing consulting experiences to global clients
  • Should have the ability to design high end business centric visualizations

    • Preferred Qualifications:

    ·B.Tech (B.E)/CA / MBA / CFA / CFM from a reputed college/ University

    ·Prior Consulting experience is preferred 

    ·8-10 years + years of professional experience within Consulting or Financial Services
