In store/studio sales executive

Job Title: Retail Sales Executive / Home Consultant (Female Candidates Only)

Work Location: In-store / Studio (Not a field job)

Shift: Day Shift

Working Days: 6 days a week

Weekly Off: 1 rotational off

Job Role & Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers visiting the store/studio.

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/home solutions.

Provide information about product features, pricing, and availability.

Maintain store presentation, product displays, and inventory checks.

Achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Handle billing, customer queries, and after-sales follow-up if required.

Requirements

Female candidates only.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.

Prior experience in retail or home décor/furnishing sales is an added advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
