About the Team

The Inbound Activations Phone Team provides live phone support to assist Merchants with their onboarding experience. As an extension of the Merchant Operations onboarding teams, Inbound Activations ensures all DoorDash Merchants are correctly onboarded and assist throughout the activation process. From onboarding merchants to resolving customer issues, we deliver precise, fast, and scalable support in a high-growth environment.
