Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound interactions for international customers
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
- Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and attendance
- Adapt to 5-day rotational shifts with 2 rotational weekly offs
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate freshers and experienced candidates are eligible
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
