Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound interactions for international customers
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
  • Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and attendance
  • Adapt to 5-day rotational shifts with 2 rotational weekly offs

Eligibility Criteria

  • Undergraduate freshers and experienced candidates are eligible
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
