Inbound Manager

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Inbound Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehousing activities, implement quality and customer service standards, and achieve volume targets within time limits.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in picking, dispatching and ensuring quality of goods.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.
• Organise and maintain inventory and storage area.
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
• Maintain inventory and stock levels.
• Keep warehouse clean and organised daily.
• Identify areas of improvement and adjust existing work procedures.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
• Ensure quality assurance guidelines are followed (HACCP, SQF etc.)...
