Inbound Operations Executive - DMC Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all inbound tour operations , including planning and executing itineraries for FITs and group tours

Respond to inbound queries, prepare quotations, and customize packages as per client needs

Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and activity organizers

Maintain strong relations with B2B travel partners and walk-in B2C clients

Ensure smooth operations from arrival to departure, maintaining top-notch customer experience
