Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound and outbound leads who apply online for loans via our website.
• Contact customers promptly, answer questions, and walk them through required documents and next steps.
• Handle live SMS chats and phone calls through our CRM and call center software.
• Set store appointments by initiating warm three‑way transfers to store agents and logging appointment details.
• Maintain detailed CRM records, noting customer loan requests, appointment times, and any special needs.
