Are you great at closing sales? This is the job for you!
**What You’ll Do**:
Take inbound calls from customers who are already interested in buying. Your goal? **Close the sale**, provide product information, and maximize every opportunity through **upsells** and **additional subscriptions**.
**Types of Calls**:
- **Hard Offers**: The customer is familiar with the product and is ready to order, often seeking discounts or promotions.
- **Trial Offers**: The customer tries the product with a small upfront payment, usually tied to a subscription.
- **Soft Offers**: The customer know the product but not the price — you explain the product and pitch the sale.
- **Clubs**: After any call, you can offer additional memberships or subscriptions.
