Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (Inbound Sales)

We are expanding our inbound sales team and are looking for professionals who are confident communicators and comfortable engaging with corporate decision-makers .

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage inbound and warm leads (no cold calling)


  • Consult professionals on suitable career certification programs


  • Communicate effectively with Managers, Senior Managers, and CXO-level professionals


  • Build long-term client trust and close sales professionally


  • Maintain consistency, discipline, and professionalism in day-to-day work


Candidate Profile


  • Strong spoken English and professional communication skills


  • Confidence to handle conversations with senior corporate professionals


  • Self-disciplined, emotionally stable, and process-oriented


  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles

Compensation & Growth


  • Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month


  • Additional performance-based incentives


  • High performers consistently earn ₹60,000+ per month
