<p>Now we’re growing our <strong>Barcelona Sales hub</strong>, and we’re looking for an <strong>Inbound Sales Team Lead</strong> to help scale our Spanish market and develop the next generation of sales talent.</p>
<p>This role is for someone who loves <strong>sales, people, and momentum</strong> and wants real ownership in a fast-growing fintech.</p>

<h2><strong>🚀 What You’ll Do</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Lead and grow a team of Inbound Sales Reps working with warm, interested leads<br><br></li>
<li>Coach daily: calls, pitches, objections, confidence, mindset<br><br></li>
<li>Run trainings that actually land (not boring slides 👀)<br><br></li>
<li>Use data to spot what’s working, fix what’s not, and raise the bar<br><br></li>
<li>Own onboarding and help new joiners ramp fast and right<br><br></li>
<li>Build a team culture based on trust, feedback, and accountability<br><br></li>
</ul>
<p>You’ll be close to the action — on the floor, with the team, making things better every week.</p>

<h2><strong>🧠 Who This Is For</strong></h2>
<p>You might be a great fit if you:</p>
<ul>
<li>Have <strong>experience leading or mentoring sales teams</strong> (or you’re a top performer with at least 2-3 years of experience in fintech or payments, ready to step up)<br><br></li>
<li>Know how to balance results <strong>and</strong> people development<br><br></li>
<li>Love structure, coaching, and helping others level up<br><br></li>
<li>Are comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and sales metrics<br><br></li>
<li>Communicate clearly, lead with empathy, and don’t micromanage<br><br></li>
<li>Speak <strong>Spanish and English</strong> fluently<br><br></li>
<li>Fintech or payments experience is a plus, not a must.</li>
