Role overview
The Incident & Escalations Lead owns the identification, management, and resolution of high-impact incidents and escalations across Muvr’s marketplace. This role serves as the point person during critical events—ensuring fast response, clear communication, and effective resolution—while also building systems to prevent repeat issues and improve operational resilience.
This role reports to Operations leadership and works closely with Central Ops, Customer Support, Product, Engineering, and Legal (as needed)....
