- 5 years+ combined experience -or- Bachelor’s Degree and 1 years’ experience in relevant technical roles (MUST HAVE)
- Prior experience in incident management, setting up phone bridges, driving incidents with stake holders etc.
- Prior experience utilizing systems and network monitoring tools; SolarWinds, Nagios, etc..
-Demonstrable experience of career progression is highly desired, and something the higher manager looks for.
Work Schedule Requirements: This could change to be full time on site as required.
Current: 3 days a week on-site until June 9th, after June 9th, resource would be required to be in the office 4 days a week.
