As part of our search for new professionals, Tigloo is looking for an Incident Manager to join a critical IT environment with high business expectations and a strong focus on service quality.

Your mision

We are seeking a professional with excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working in demanding and fast-paced environments, and acting as a key point of contact between technical teams, external suppliers, and business stakeholders.

We are looking for you if you have an IT background (Vocational Training – IT, ASIR or similar), experience in corporate IT environments, and advanced English skills (minimum C1 level) , as this role is 100% conducted in English .

Your responsabilities
