Job Description

Tech:
- SQL Queries - ITSM / ITIL - Familiar with any observability tools - Familiar with any cloud service - Experience with Automation or any process improvement format/framework (like shift left, continuous improvement or simply that has done optimization/improvement of processes)

Soft Skills:
- Proficient in problem solving - analytical thinking - Good communication skills:

Able to explain complex things in simple terms.

Able to talk with Business, technical teams as well as non-technical - Proactive, initiative to search for information/solutions

Nice to have: - Experience in any programming lang - K8S - NoSQL - SRE or DevOps knowledge
