PrimaryObjective:Provide a safe environment for guests, participants and employees, while contributing to guests’ exceptional experience by diligently, respectfully, and efficiently responding to Code of Conduct, guest behavior, medical or alcohol-related situations.

EssentialFunctions:

  • Must be available to work baseball and non-baseball events throughout the year, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Enforcesall T-Mobile Park Security Department policies and procedures in a proactive and professional manner.
  • De-escalate situations and address concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Resolves concerns, provideinformation and directions to guests, clients, vendors, staff and visitors in a prompt and courteous way.
