Responsibilities

  • Fully and solely accountable for the efficient operations of the Unified Communications service based on Microsoft Teams technology across all Clariant locations, including telephony, video conferencing and contact center technologies.
  • Provide user support management and governance (incident management and resolution).
  • Lead internal and/or external IT specialists, maintain business relationships;

    ensure seamless operations and provide maintenance & support for dedicated scope of service, manage local & global suppliers;

    plan & manage theservice budget;

    secure user satisfaction & business value.
  • Promotes a high degree of standardization on global solutions to keep running costs in balance with business needs.
