We are recruiting an Inclusion Mentor to support pupils at risk of disengaging from education.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide 1:1 inclusion support


  • Support behaviour and classroom engagement


  • Encourage positive relationships with staff and peers


  • Work with SEN and pastoral teams


    • Skills & Experience


  • Experience supporting vulnerable pupils is desirable


  • Patient and supportive approach


  • Commitment to inclusive education
