Are you inspired by towering trees, discovering the secret life of a forest, and sparking the next generation’s curiosity in the outdoors? Inclusion staff ensure that all the fun and excitement of the forest is accessible to all campers, regardless of their ability. Inclusion staff rotate on a weekly basis between providing one-on-one, 24-hour care and support to campers ages 8 to 16 with developmental or physical disabilities through daily camp activities. They work alongside other inclusion staff, cabin leaders and instructors to deliver activities like hikes, camp-wide games, outdoor recreational activities, and many more spontaneous events using wit and creativity. Given that all staff and campers stay onsite at the Evans Lake Forest Education Centre while camp is in session, the action never stops.
