  • Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
  • Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
  • Control and secure cash and cash equivalents according to cash handling policies.
  • Organize, secure, and maintain files and records following document retention and confidentiality policies.
  • Prepare, maintain, distribute, audit, and reconcile statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, and payroll reports.
  • Post cash entries into the accounting system accurately.
  • Assist management with employee training, evaluation, motivation, and coaching; act as a role model and initial contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy.
  • Report incidents, unsafe conditions, and maintain security awareness on property premises.
  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and privacy of guests and coworkers.
