Perform incoming inspection on raw materials, components, and parts according to inspection plans, drawings, and specifications.
Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM (if applicable).
Verify supplier documentation including Certificate of Analysis (COA), material certifications, and packing lists.
Record inspection results accurately in quality systems and inspection reports.
Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming materials; issue NCRs and follow up with suppliers for corrective actions.
Support supplier quality management activities, including supplier audits and performance monitoring when required.
