Assures that purchased materials and components are inspected and tested using inspection procedures - Verifies and assures that component inspection records are being manage appropriately and kept per existing Company procedures and policies. - Verifies that stock checks are conducted as required by corporate or division functions. - Balance QC inspector work balanced under his supervision based on demand and priorities from receiving department and stock checks. - Evaluates and verifies that QC inspectors are properly trained. - Keep under his controls and supervision all incoming inspection nonconformance materials/components. - Assures material and components are inspected on timely. - Promotes improvements ideas to improves defects detection. - Evaluates and assigns material inspections needs based on trending. - Provides follow up to open Non conformances in order to close them on the predetermined time. - Manages and assure payroll is ...
