Job Responsibilities :

1. Generate Personal Loan Business through DSA Channel

2. Recruit and train DSAs on product and relevant Lead Generation 

3. Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets set by Area Sales Manager

4. Coordinate with internal teams like Sales Coordinator , credit and operations for loan sanctioning and disbursement
