As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a talented and experienced Quantitative

(Full Stack) Developer to join the team.

Position Overview

As a Quantitative (Full Stack) Developer, you will play a critical role in developing and

maintaining the software systems that support our quantitative trading strategies and financial

models. You will work closely with our Quantitative Research and Portfolio Management teams

to build, optimize, and deploy high-performance trading algorithms. The ideal candidate will be

proficient in both front-end and back-end development and have a strong understanding of the

financial markets.

Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain high-performance software systems that drive our quantitative

trading strategies and financial modelling.

● Collaborate with Quantitative Researchers and Portfolio Managers to implement and

optimize trading algorithms.

● Design and develop robust full-stack solutions with a focus on front-end tools for data

visualization, analysis, and reporting, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user

experience.

● Develop and maintain APIs for data access and integration with financial data providers

and trading platforms.

● Contribute to the architecture, design, and development of proprietary trading platforms

and tools.

● Work on real-time data processing and analytics to support trading strategies.

● Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure efficient and reliable software in

a fast-paced trading environment.

● Stay updated with the latest technologies and financial market trends, integrating

relevant advancements into our systems.

Must-Have Qualifications

● Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,

or a related field.

● Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development, with

a focus on financial market applications.

● Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, or other languages widely used in the

financial sector.

● Front-end Development: Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML,

and modern frameworks like React, or Angular.

● Back-end Development: Experience with Fast API, Django, Flask, and database

management systems such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and familiarity with data

processing tools.

● Financial Markets Knowledge: Understanding of financial data, trading concepts, and

financial instruments (equities, derivatives, etc.).

● Problem-solving Skills: Ability to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality

software solutions.

● Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in

cross-functional teams.

Good-to-Have Qualifications

● Experience working with large datasets and managing real-time data feeds.

● Familiarity with trading platforms and financial data providers.

● Knowledge of cloud platforms and experience with microservices architecture.

● Experience in optimizing performance for high-frequency trading environments.

● Previous experience working with hedge funds or proprietary trading firms.
