Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to drive brand onboarding and revenue growth by selling integrated D2C, e-commerce, and digital growth solutions to consumer brands. The role involves leading client pitches, closing mid-to-large ticket deals, and acting as a strategic growth partner for brands across the Indian D2C ecosystem. You will own end-to-end sales cycles while collaborating closely with internal digital, performance, and creative teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.


What You'll Do 

  • Own business development and brand onboarding by selling the company’s D2C, e-commerce, and digital growth solutions to consumer brands. 

  • Drive short-term and long-term e-commerce growth strategy discussions with clients, positioning the company as a strategic growth partner rather than a service vendor.

  • Lead client pitches, solution presentations, and commercial discussions, including proposal creation, scope definition, pricing, and deal closures.

  • Partner closely with internal digital marketing, performance, and creative teams, as well as external agencies where applicable, to build integrated solutions aligned with client objectives.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, owning relationships, meeting cadence, expectation management, and long-term account growth.

  • Build and scale client acquisition strategies across paid social, SEM, display, marketplaces, and emerging channels.

  • Stay informed on D2C, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends, competitive landscape, and platform updates to strengthen solution positioning.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting, contributing to overall revenue planning and business growth.

  • Support additional business initiatives and responsibilities as required.
  • Who You Are 

  • 4+ years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or digital growth sales

  • Proven experience in selling digital marketing, e-commerce, or growth solutions to consumer brands.

  • Prior experience working with marketplaces and/or digital agencies is mandatory.

  • Strong exposure to the Indian D2C ecosystem, including emerging and scaled brands.

  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new brands and close mid-to-large ticket deals.

  •  Strong experience in client pitching, solution selling, and commercial discussions.

  • Comfortable managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closure.

  • Solid understanding of paid social, search & SEM, marketplaces, and performance marketing fundamentals (ROAS, CAC, LTV).

  • Strong capability to act as a trusted advisor to brands, with a consultative sales approach
