About the Role

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Independent Business Development Agent. The Agent shall identify, solicit, and introduce prospective clients for HR consulting services including but not limited to recruitment, HR compliance, training, and advisory services etc. The Agent is expected to dedicate sufficient professional time and effort to meet agreed-upon revenue targets, while maintaining discretion over how and when services are performed.

Key Responsibilities
