About The Job


  • This is a 100% remote full-time position that requires extreme organization, clear written communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently without micro-management.

  • Coordinate utility start stop transfer requests electric gas water sewer trash etc.

  • Identify correct utility providers when unknown document findings Resolve billing issues holds shutoffs restorations account discrepancies Maintain accurate utility tracking across multiple properties Communicate clearly in written English with utility providers clients Place document phone calls when necessary to resolve issues Track utilities status across portfolios different stages process Work within Zendesk Microsoft Excel track actions outcomes Coordinate internal team members complete tasks efficiently These responsibilities form foundation our Virtual Assistant Utilities Coordinator role.
