Index Data Operations Vice President

The Vice President – Float and Index Eligibility (FIE) will lead the Manila-based FIE team within MSCI’s Index Data Operations (IDO). The role is accountable for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely data used for index eligibility screening, free float calculation, and corporate event processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the FIE team in Manila, providing direction, mentorship, and development for senior subject matter experts and analysts.
• Translate MSCI’s index methodologies and data quality standards into operational practices, ensuring consistency and accuracy across global locations.
