**The Team**: The Factor Index Management Team is responsible for complex index strategies, which include Quality, Enhanced Value, Momentum, Low Volatility, Intrinsic Value, Multi-Factor, Multi
- Asset and other Smart Beta indices.
**The Impact**: The Index Manager is responsible for managing a wide range of S&P and Dow Jones branded global indices. They will ensure that the indices are managed in accordance with their methodology, perform routine analysis and make presentations to the respective Index Committees on a periodic basis.
