About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Lead / Manager with strong exposure to IT Services and Product Engineering / Hi-Tech domains. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation combined with proven enterprise sales capabilities, enabling them to drive new business, grow strategic accounts, and deliver value-driven solutions to customers.
This role requires a consultative sales mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work closely with engineering and delivery teams to shape winning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end sales lifecycle including lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure
- Build, manage, and grow a robust pipeline of enterprise, OEM, and technology-driven customers
- Understand customer business and technical requirements and propose customized IT services and product engineering solutions
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and successful deal execution
- Develop and execute account plans, sales strategies, and go-to-market initiatives
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, procurement leaders, and technical decision-makers
- Monitor market trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech – Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Biomedical, or related fields)
- MBA from a reputed institute (preferred)
- 7–10 years of proven sales experience in IT Services / Product Engineering / Hi-Tech environments
- Experience selling solutions in one or more of the following domains:
- Product Engineering Services
- Medical Devices / Healthcare Technology
- Industrial Automation / Embedded Systems
- Storage, Cloud, or Enterprise IT Solutions
- Strong understanding of technical and solution-based selling
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to articulate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions
- Proven experience working with enterprise and B2B customers
