About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Lead / Manager with strong exposure to IT Services and Product Engineering / Hi-Tech domains. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation combined with proven enterprise sales capabilities, enabling them to drive new business, grow strategic accounts, and deliver value-driven solutions to customers.

This role requires a consultative sales mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work closely with engineering and delivery teams to shape winning solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end sales lifecycle including lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Build, manage, and grow a robust pipeline of enterprise, OEM, and technology-driven customers
  • Understand customer business and technical requirements and propose customized IT services and product engineering solutions
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and successful deal execution
  • Develop and execute account plans, sales strategies, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, procurement leaders, and technical decision-makers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech – Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Biomedical, or related fields)
  • MBA from a reputed institute (preferred)
  • 7–10 years of proven sales experience in IT Services / Product Engineering / Hi-Tech environments
  • Experience selling solutions in one or more of the following domains:
  • Product Engineering Services
  • Medical Devices / Healthcare Technology
  • Industrial Automation / Embedded Systems
  • Storage, Cloud, or Enterprise IT Solutions
  • Strong understanding of technical and solution-based selling
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to articulate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions
  • Proven experience working with enterprise and B2B customers
