I. Job Summary
Under general supervision, develop and design process automation tools and processes based on discovered or assigned process improvement projects. Develops requirements, plans tool interface and backend. Works with stakeholders to iteratively develop tools and processes to support and enhance overall department workflow, customer service, process improvement and work quality.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned**
+ Develop process automation tools and processes using VBA Excel Macros, Python, SQL, PowerBI, and other tools as needed (Access, etc.).
+ Enhance and maintain existing VBA Excel Macros and other tools as needed.
+ Work with stakeholders to uncover all requirements and develop iteratively towards a user accepted product.
