**Job Summary**
We are seeking a **Sr. analyst Macros** to join our growing organization in **Indore** . This position is responsible for managing transition calls and stabilizing the process in addition to overseeing day-to-day production activities.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned.
+ Collect, analyze, and interpret data on process performance, focusing on identifying trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
+ Identify opportunities to streamline data processes, automate report generation, and enhance data analysis efficiency leveraging tools such as Power BI and Smartsheet
+ Collaborate with department supervisors and managers ensure accurate and seamless integration of data for organizational reporting.
