We are looking for an experienced Indian Head Chef / Senior Chef with strong leadership skills and multi-cuisine expertise to lead a professional kitchen in Botswana.

👨 🍳 Requirements

✔ Minimum 7–10+ years of professional kitchen experience

✔ Strong expertise in Indian curries, Tandoor items & Chinese cuisine

✔ Proven experience in leading and managing kitchen teams

✔ Knowledge of menu planning, inventory control & food costing

✔ Excellent hygiene, food safety & kitchen standards

✔ English (conversational is acceptable) & Hindi preferred

✔ Prior Africa experience is a plus, but not mandatory
