Your next challenge
Drive SME business growth through the development, management and scaling of the indirect partner ecosystem, strengthening collaboration with banks, brokers, payroll/HCM providers, labour advisers and new strategic alliances.
• Execute the indirect channel strategy for the SME segment.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic partners.
• Activate and develop new indirect partners.
• Design demand-generation, referral and co-selling programmes.
• Train and enable partners' commercial teams; oversee pipeline follow-up.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product and Legal to ensure coordinated execution.
• Monitor KPIs and produce regular executive reporting.
• Manage relationships with key customers and partners.
You're a match
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales management role, with focus on designing and executing the indirect channels strategy for the SME segment.
- Experience in Fintech / Banking / SaaS / Consultancy sector.
- Leadership experience will be a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong communications and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deal with various and complex stakeholders.
- Analytical and data driven skills and mindset,
- Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.
- Hybrid model: 3 days at the office, 2 days at home.
