About the Role 
Lead strategic sourcing activities as a procurement leader, responsible for Affiliate and Manufacturing indirect procurement.

  • For important procurement contracts and multi-year long-term agreements, clarify the specifications and terms for the required goods and services, and select and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible conditions.

  • Drive execution and adoption of indirect best practices and deliver savings in line with the Global cost savings target.

    • Act as a strategic leader in procurement, ensuring cost optimization, risk management, and compliance, while coordinating with internal stakeholders (including with global and regional indirect category leads) and external stakeholders and promoting cross-functional collaboration.
