Indirect Procurement Manager

Our client is a large global MNC and Singapore is the Regional HQ in APAC.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Procurement, the Indirect Procurement Manager is responsible for managing Purchasing, Negotiation processes and Contract Management related to Logistics services, Distribution, Warehouse, Transportation and Corporate Services in the Region.
Responsibilities:

Conduct competitive bid exercises in line with Policies Organization service requirements at the best economic value).

Execute service contracts and agreements (Negotiate favorable terms & conditions, mitigate Company's risk/exposure, protect Company's interests).

Lead and guide stakeholders in the execution of procurement events (Assure compliance with Company's Policies).

Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and performance evaluation with Key Suppliers (Manage supplier relationship, ensure alignment of service level and cost rendered versus contracted).
