Position: Indirect Taxation Regional Support (Compliance )Designation: Senior Executive - Deputy Manager
Function: Finance & Accounts_ Taxation
Place: East
Credentials: B.Com. / M.Com. with 4-6 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day IDT compliance activities of the states of UP, MP, CG, ISD, DBGVL under the guidance of IDT Lead
- Responsible for maintaining records, timely replying the queries from authorities, submission of returns, maintaining records/ details, handling assessment/ audit related to GST
- Responsible for assisting litigations by arranging documents & details.
- Assisting for procedural arrangements/ working and documentation for IPR benefits
- Compliance for MOOWR - arranging supervision of Customs for imported consignment, maintaining records, monthly returns etc
- ITC Reconciliation and G/L Reconciliation.
- RCM Reconciliation and compliance.
- Outward / Inward e-way-bill reconciliation.
- Reversal 180 days tracking, discussion with A/c team and compliance.
- Job-work compliance i.e. report, return ITC-04 and documentation i.e. removal/ receipt/ e-way-bill etc.
- Issue of bill of supply at locations & any other compliance.
- Any other works as assigned by reporting manager from time to time.
