Job Description
Industrial Engineer will apply process improvement using Lean baselines, identification of main process KPIs, monitors and develop problem solvings in order to prevent and/or correct process issues. Will work on providing technical support for on-going production activities and participation in the development, assessment, deployment and monitoring of new products and processes. Develop and execute structured test plans to assess impact of modified or new processes. Collaborate with the corresponding key stakeholders in designing, validation, and executing process & software. Will align and prioritize along with Operations Managers, the productivity improvement projects, Standard Times measure and control, standard work implementation and other initiatives that supports an efficient use of resources.
