Indoor Sales

Job Responsibilities:

·       Receive, review and process enquiries

·       Preparation of proposals/quotations in line with the company's terms and conditions and on behalf of the relevant sales person and follow up on quotes

·       Provide sales and administrative support to the sales team

·       Maintain close liaison with the Sales/Engineering/Supply Chain/Production teams and customers to ensure orders are processed and deliver timely to the customer

·       Understand customer needs and requirements

·       Build and maintain close business relationship with customers and vendors

·       Manage new customer and assigned corporate accounts to meet business goals

·       Identify and close new sales opportunities

·       Develop customer relationships and sell value-added engineering services and solution
