TRIbuild Solutions is seeking a Freelance Induction & Access Coordinator to support our clients Security Team on a large, fast-paced construction project based in London, NW10.
Reporting to the Induction & Access Lead, you'll be the primary point of contact for all induction and access control queries, supporting multiple site compounds and offices. You'll manage the induction process end-to-end, oversee workforce management and access control systems, verify competencies and documentation, and liaise daily with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors.
This is a fully site-based freelance role, ideal for someone organised, approachable, and confident working with systems in a busy construction environment.
